Once your resume has been reviewed, depending on the need to hire we will contact you to schedule an interview. 

Once you've completed the interview process and you've been informed that you are hired, you will be given an orientation date.  You must have all of the following documents at the time of your orientation.  If you are missing any of the required documents you will not be able to complete orientation.  

 

1. Drivers License

 

2. Social Security Card

 

3. Local Background Check  (MUST NOT HAVE ANY FELONIES)

 

4. Certified Nursing Assistant License

 

5. Current Resume (Please Print and Bring to Interview)

 

6. TB Skin Test

 

7. Current First Aid and CPR Certification Card

 

 

8. CNA License or Current PCA Exam (80% or better)

 

 

*Business Casual Attire is required at all Interviews and Orienations *

 

 

NO SCRUBS, JEANS OR FLIP FLOPS
