About the Role
As an intake coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling high call volumes, communicating with clients and their families to identify necessary services, and directing them to the appropriate channels. It's a multifaceted position that requires essential data entry skills, including quick typing abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in spreadsheets and online forms. You'll work alongside an intake team as well as an intake manager, and experience in data entry, call center, or customer service roles would be advantageous. Here are the main responsibilities of an intake coordinator:
Answering and making phone calls
Entering client data accurately and efficiently into databases
Compiling and verifying information to prepare it for computer entry
Sorting information according to priority level
Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
Managing a high call volume
Requirements
Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or Call Center/Customer Service Representative preferred.
