Humble Beginnings

In 2007, a compassionate vision came to life in the heart of Georgia when brothers Joshua and Caleb Flournoy founded Primecare Home Care. Their mission was clear: to bring comfort and support to individuals in need of home care. The inspiration behind Primecare Home Care was deeply personal, born from a profound experience within their own family. Their beloved grandmother, Lena Baker, embarked on a challenging journey as she entered her eighties, grappling with vision impairment and dementia. Lena needed more than just care; she needed the warmth of home to surround her. Under the care of dedicated professionals, she found solace and comfort in the familiar setting of her own home. Eventually, Lena transitioned peacefully to a long-term care facility, her journey marked by the compassionate care she received at home. Their mission expanded to include providing specialized care to patients facing pain management challenges during their transition phase. Central to their approach were the core values that every team member must embody: caring, reliability, honesty, punctuality, professionalism, and empathy. These values became the solid foundation of Primecare Home Care.
