HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Primecare Home Care Services, a leading provider of professional and compassionate home care in Georgia, was founded in 2007 by twin brothers Joshua and Caleb Flournoy. Their mission was to make a difference in the lives of individuals who require assistance with their daily care needs. The inspiration for Primecare arose from a deeply personal experience in their family.

The Flournoys' grandmother, Lena Baker, faced challenges with her vision as she entered her eighties. After moving to Milledgeville, her daughter Barbara Flournoy, who was also the twins' mother, recognized the need for additional care and support in her daily life. Barbara, a dedicated schoolteacher, wanted nothing but the best for her mother, even while she was at work. After many interviews and appointments, Barbara, Joshua, and Caleb finally found a caregiver with all the qualities they desired: caring, reliable, honest, punctual, and professional. These values became the foundation of Primecare Home Care Services.

Driven by their passion for delivering exceptional care, Joshua and Caleb gradually expanded their services. Today, Primecare employs over 1600 team members comprising Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Aides, Family Caregivers, and dedicated administrative and support staff.

With our headquarters located in Atlanta, we have strategically placed branch offices in Macon, Augusta, and Milledgeville, enabling us to serve communities across the entire state of Georgia. We take pride in being partners with the Georgia Association of Community Care Providers and maintain licensing through the Department of Community Health, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of care.
